Dear RFU,

Please find enclosed 15 red noses and big floppy shoes for the clowns who ran around in the white shirts on Saturday. I have also enclosed a pair of comedy glasses and a squirty flower for Andy Robinson. He really is a joker!

I took my girlfriend to Twickenham for the first time to watch the national team play the visiting Argies. She'd never been before, and was very excited to see the full England XV playing at home in front of a record crowd. What a mistake that turned out to be.

Please see below my bank details. I should be very grateful if you could refund me the price of my tickets which, including booking fees and credit card charges, cost me £100.10.

Yours etc etc.

--------

What a shambles. I have never seen a team play so badly. My old U9s team would have made less handling errors. An U9 wouldn't have kicked a restart out on the full, either. I'm pleased I'm not a member of the England camp today as they presumably ALL had the hair dryer treatment from SOMEBODY?

I was at the Scotland-Romania game and was (for once) very pleased not to be witnessing the Twickenham performance (and it was only £11.50 a ticket). Thw World Cup is going to be PAINFUL at this rate.

Robinson will be gone after the Autumn Internationals, unless we win both games against SA well. Not going to happen. The RFU want to be seen to be sticking by their man, the truth is, they are already looking at who to replace him with and what structure to use for the year up to the World Cup. The loss to Argentina may not have been such a bad thing.

He should go now and give his replacement the SA games, 6 nations and the warm ups before the world cup. He's a dead man walking and I agree with Stuart Barnes that he should do the decent thing and resign now.
