Hi everybody

I've got some tickets for Chelsea this Saturday for my missus as a surprise. Does anybody know what time the players start arriving at the ground? Is there any chance we could get to meet them and get any autographs etc

Thanks

Unfortuantely, all Chelsea players arrive via heated teleportation capsules so as not to contract any diseases.

Its all part of Roman Abloodyrich's masterplan to keep the Chelsea stars protected from mere mortals like you and I.

Your best chance is to write to Jose Morerightthanwrong and get him to send you a pre-printed autograph sheet for £895 inc. postage and delivery.

You aren't allowed to speak to the players. They are off limits to the public.

I think all players have to be at the ground at least an hour before kick-off as they have to get changed into training kit, warm up, change into proper kit, get pep-talk from Manager etc.

So you'll probably have to be there about 2 hours before kick-off.

I think mental is about right with that.

But does anybody know if the players arrive on a bus or in their cars? I know we'll have to be there a couple of hours before the game at least, anybody got any connections

Lots of footballers drive to the games themselves. It can be quite a car show if you know where to stand.

I doubt you will get near the players before the game but you may see them leaving...But I would think it would a long wait after the game..They will leave by the main gate at Chelsea so you could hang around and hope they stop...Best bet if you want autographs is the training ground..

If you really want to try and meet some of the players / get autographs go kill 45-60 mins after full time in the shed bar or somewhere local, then stroll round to the players lounge exit (back of east stand about 2/3rds down) and have some patience

You would be better going to the training ground, some clubs let you in to watch training and you may be allowed to get close enough to get some autographs.
