So footie fans, what do we reckon for tomorrows game?

For some reason i am feeling wildly optimistic, and i think we are going to see a very special (and as such very different) England performance. We have a lot to prove andf make up for, so I think we are going to be hot.

So, a score of 4 - 0 to England

They will... Hopefully he won't change the entire team at half time. Should be a decent test against the Euro champions...

Great, but what about the 2nd half?

Much tighter game second half, but this is nearly always the case after a good first half. Still promising for England anyway

Wish we had more options than Crouch! (I know he scored 2, but still)

So who else still thinks Defoe should have gone to the World Cup? What a waste of a shirt, and well done to England for winning so handsomely with apparently only ten men on the pitch.

Although we beat them 4-0, it wasn't a great performance, but who can blame them. They have the opening fixtures for the prem on saturday. I'm surprised McClaren didn't take off some more of the big names at half time. We miss Joe cole, and downing played well. Nobody else stod out for me. Kirkland did well I suppose. Lok forward to a real game, with something at stake. I would still like to see crouch off the field!

Defoe?

Constantly off-side...poor passing and a shot that went for a throw in.

Crouch was flattered by impressively shite marking.

The rest of them did OK except A.Cole who saved our faces with that double clearance.

Peter Crouch is utter crap. For such a tall guy, he can't head for shit. Actually, for a short man he couldn't head for shit.

And his first goal was Lampard's by right.

Why didn't we play Darren Bent from the start?

Owen Hargreaves is a legend.

Well in that case, for the sake of the opposition, let's hope he never has a bad game!

ETA:
Oh yeh, and Lampard's "goal" was actually an intended square ball to Crouch... definately an own goal in my book!!

Out of all the players in the squad, why couldn't it have been Crouch to break his ankle?

12 caps, 8 goals, never on the losing side!!!!
