For me, its normal sleeping patterns. All games were shown live here in Austalia, but with kick off times between 11pm and 5am it made it hard going on work nights. England's quarter final started at 1am, but at least that was a Sunday morning (don't recall much else about that Sunday.) And the final was at 4am this morning, so Monday was pretty crap.

So what do you get back now?

I never really let go of my other interests while the WC was on although the group stages took some time off me.

Ime off to watch a freindly this saturday,so its back to domestic footy and will probably take in some non league games aswell as its more about standing at football and mainly british players.

It only really took over slack time anyway so I'll probably be on the Xbox a bit more and looking forward[!] to the Championship kicking off.

Oh, I might see the bird as well

Get back to? Err, our first preseason game is away at Holsworthy tonight (home from work to late to go, unfortunately) and we're at home to Fulham this weekend.

I'm not sure I understand the OP..!!!
