Apparently regardless of voting the final decision will be down to FIFA who are well aware of the email campaigns. Wait and see...

He was a fair way out in first until an e-mail campaign went round the UK to vote for the Ecuadorian player who has now overtaken him.

The Ronhaldo vote was inflated by Scottish forum voters encouraged to poke the English, so all's fair etc!!
