Looks very nice indeed.
Plus a question, was cheaper and quicker to build than the new wembley?
Edit To answer my own question, I found these stats elsewhere Emirates Stadium - £357 million, Wembley - £757 million

Some absolutely FANTASTIC pictures there mate and being a Arsenal supporter it nice to get a in-side look at their new home.....a bit of a contrast from Highbury!.......and to be honest i was a little `anti-Emirates Stadium` before i saw your pictures.
Well done and thank you for the little insight.

That's because Ashburton Grove only includes the stadium and a small amount of housing
Wembley includes the stadium and the surrounding infrastructure upgrades plus it hold 20k more people.
You're comparing a 3 series with a 7 seriers BMW
£400m difference between the two is very hard to find though, especially considering the relative build times. You could build Emirates/Ashburton Grove twice and still have change and the Ashburton development has included infrastructure (pumping stations, sewerage works, buying up some housing stock, site purchase, planning obligations for off site benefit etc).
I know the development hasn't been squeaky clean and they've managed to wriggle out of some of their commitments (in part thanks to Transport for London changing their minds, as I understand it) but the cost difference does seem a bit disproportionate.
