1. England's dismal performances
2. Appalling refereeing standards (and not just against England)
3. Dull predictable games - last night's France vs Brazil was the nearest to a 'classic'

Anyone else or am I wrong?

Almost.
Agree on the refs and the dull games.
Would add the cheating, etc.

The English performance was par for the course, we wer getting better as per usual in tournaments...but just not quickly enough. In the portugal game we looked liek we were starting to get it right a tad until it went ti ts up.

Look at France.....crap till last night...now who would bet against them.
People are too quick to get at England i think.

yeah, this world cup has more diving than the olympics - and they at least have medals for it!

I enjoyed it and still am. The earlier rounds are always more entertaining. Once you get to the knockout stages play becomes far more cagey.
