Pick the Ref

I don't want to turn this into a gambling convention, but given the miserable state of refereering in this tournament, I thought it'd be fun to pick which of the 12 remaining refs (14 have been sent home by FIFA already) will make it all the way through to the final.

I can't for the life of me work out why Merk is still in that list, but the one to ref the final, in my mind, has to be Cantalejo. Even if he did send Australia crashing out, the bastard.

Any chance of some bonus points to the WC predictions for correctly guessing the ref?
