Brooks 90 day return policy ?

Anyone taken up Brooks running shoes on their 90 day return policy ?

Currently run in Brooks Adrenalin 22's that now need replacing.
Seen online the Adrenalin 23's but also Ghost 16's and am not sure what to buy and don't have a Brook's supplier close to me so wanted to order both on line with a view to returning a pair after doing a couple of test runs.

But wondered if anyone has used the Brooks 90 day return policy after using the shoes on a couple of say 10k runs ?
