Hello I like music and im learning to swim!!

What are the best waterproof headphones/ ear buds for swimming? Bluetooth or something so I can connect to my phone. Dont need mic functions, just the headphones. I wont be hosting Teams calls from under the water.

A mate of mine just bought the running version of these; these are the swimming ones.

Thanks, it looks like the Bluetooth ones arent apt due to the range under water.

Will Bluetooth signal reach from the pool to the changing room? Or are you planning on carrying your phone with you?

Aftershokz swimming version is essentially an MP3 player

It's the regular one that links with your phone

Was planning to have my phone poolside in a light bag.

But I am beginning to think the 'mp3 player' types are better rather than worrying about tethering all the time. What happens if I want to use in open water in the future?

Not sure tethering is the way (i.e. standard ear phones with no storage/ playback)

The whole point of the swimming Shokz is that don't have all the hassle of BT tethering and water.
