Flat folding treadmill-Viavito Luna, JTX Slimline, Toputure

Looking to get a folding treadmill to be used by my wife (walking / jogging) and myself (12kph running pace).
It must fold flat, to store upright, due to the space we have available to store it in.
Budget is c.£500.
I would want to use it with Zwift but am aware my budget won’t stretch to a smart one, however I’m planning to add either a Runn sensor or use a footpod.
