Sports World Championship schedule

As its that time again when the Olympics come to a close and we forget about those sports we don't normally watch for the next 4 years I though I would start a post with dates for sports World Championships/European Championships (or equivalent) dates so we may be able to watch/follow them a bit more frequently.

Some sports also have more frequent high profile events like the Athletics Diamond League. Should these be added?, could make the lists a bit long.

Don't think there is much point adding Football, Tennis, Golf as there is plenty of coverage of dates.

I'll add more as I get spare time.

I think the Diamond League would be a good addition--I never know when they are due.
