I thought I would start this thread as we (England) will soon be on our way. Will be interesting to see how the US do.

They’ve just beaten Canada but that’s probably not a good indication of their level.

Watching WI v PNG at the min. Dismal crowd numbers.

Lots of great Caribbean accents on commentary.

WI have a strong team if all their franchise players are back and selected/available particularly as they are at home. Smallish grounds high scores I’m guessing. At least it’s short and sweet. 29 days if I remember correctly.

Andre Russell is in, back from the IPL.

Ground has a couple of long boundaries. Cover and straight over 80m.

Definitely going to plan a trip to the windies to watch some cricket one day.

The crowd is very disappointing for a home match

I'll jinx this by saying it's getting a bit tight out there. WI 97 for 5 after 16 overs.

Just watching SA v SL. These drop in pitches are normally pretty decent, this one is very strange.

The Yanks probably put cheese on the wicket, they do with everything else.

How long before DLS comes into this?

I think that 5 overs per side constitutes a game. If it impossible for the team batting second to bat then I guess it is abandoned.

Yes minimum of 5 overs for it count as a game. DLS already in play. There is a decent buffer but we arent close to starting it doesnt look like so it will be shortened.

At least I would rather be chasing under these circumstances.

They need to restart by 19:52 BST to fit in a 5 over run chase within the time limit, according to TMS.
