British & Irish Lions tour Australia 2025

So, they've formally announced that Faz Snr will be the Head coach for the next tour.

Thoughts? Lots of Irish in the team? A thoughtful balance of the best players available?

With Australia being so poor is there any bite in this tour? Will be interesting to see the uptake. I would just take the Ireland squad and that would do the trick. You could probably take the Scotland squad and scrape a win.

Always loved the idea of going on a lions tour, maybe not the whole thing but certainly 2-3 weeks touring and catching one of the tests.

I’m guessing the official lions site is the place for buying tickets? Has anyone got any experience?

On current form itd be a no hoper for Australia
But they’ve just appointed joe Schmidt as head coach
The same joe Schmidt that took Ireland from also rans to 3 six nations titles in 6 years including their first ever grand slam
Also just finished up as attack coach for NZ all blacks
With 18 months to work in I expect Australia to be a very different animal come the lions tour
