Looks like Saracens to be the first English side to lose

And a good win by the Chiefs away in France. This young side is definitely going in the right direction. Just need the consistency.

Some great results yesterday, hopefully the other English sides can continue with the winning ways today. Potentially some very interesting matches this afternoon.

I’m delighted with that. Nothing won in December, but a nice statement to put out all the same

Evening all! wavey

Standout games for me this weekend was Chiefs, Bears, Leinster and Quins.

Great rugby weekend.

I've drunk a lovely Merlot, a Grenache and a Tempranillo this weekend.

Morning all, first post in many years. Great weekend of rugby, although as a Stormers fan, very disappointed in the team they sent, left some key players behind.
Jake White seems to be working his magic with the Bulls as well.

It's really tragic to see the demise of Welsh rugby.

Cardiff absolutely pumped last weekend, and now the Scarlets being stuffed 7-23 by a Georgian club! eek

I really don't mean to disrespect the Georgian lads, and I know they ran Glaws really close last weekend too, but Jesus... Llanelli were one of the absolute powerhouses of the game! They've beaten the bloody All Blacks in living memory, and are now reduced to this??? frown

Toulon must be glad that they don’t have another English team to face during the group stage biggrin. Great result for Saints.

Honestly, he knows they're going to try it. He knows (to use a cricketing term) he's going to get sledged. Why bite? It does suggest a lack of self control.

He’s not the sharpest tool in the box tbh. He just can’t help himself. Can’t kick either

Nothing wrong in losing to the Black Lion bounce

I think it's just what the game needs, Georgian (and others) teams need to be playing against top clubs to improve their game and they've shown the can compete at the higher levels in club rugby. Clermont next for the Black Lions.
