Is this a show trial?
I don't think anyone doubts there was some unpleasant behaviour committed by all parties including the "victim".
Having played cricket at a decent level it is a sport that does attract tts and tttish behaviour, it is quite an egotistical sport with individuals being stronger than teams in some cases.
With many people named dropping out of the process is there any point to this other than to say they did something? Are YCC trying to shift the blame to the named parties?
Either way it is a huge mess and not sure how they think there will be a good outcome other than further lining more lawyers' pockets.
