Never heard of Allen but that was an incredible knock against a very high class bowling attack.
My guess is as this tournament develops 200 will be a par score given the pace of the wickets….feels like teams are more aggressive in their batting than they were a couple of years ago. And its working.

I was watching some old footage of early T20 matches, and England used the most unlikely players. Rob Key anyone? The game has certainly progressed somewhat. As you say, 200 now a par score if the wicket is fast - no more "steady the ship" type players scoring an inings-long 30. Too uncompetitive.
