I have been doing Stronglifts 5x5 for about 9 months. Been progressing well, deadlifting and squatting over my BW and not far off benching and rowing it either.

The thing I really like about the 5x5 is the simplicity, especially with the app, here's your warm up, here are you sets, done, simple.

I want do something different and be able to train 5x a week. I dont have any particular goals of building muscle, but I enjoy weight training, its good for mental and physical health and I work best when I have a strong routine. I want to get up same time every day, lift, walk the dog, breakfast, start work.

I want a plan that just tells me what to do like 5x5, I over think it otherwise and get in a mess. I've started looking but everything seems so overly complicated and convoluted. 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps on this with a superset of 4-5 reps, plus a drop set and do this one standing on your head.

Does anyone have a simple 5 day split thats easy to follow? Just to make it harder equipment wise I am limited to Olympic bar and plates, dumbbells, power cage and adjustable bench. Been trying to get a cable attachment for the cage but its discontinued.

Which app are you using to track 5x5? The one I downloaded asks for a monthly payment. Is there a free version to keep a track of the weight increases?

It is the official Stronglifts 5x5. I did pay for it, was about 15 quid for the year. There is a spreadsheet on the website you can download for free for tracking
