Perhaps he wont be a familiar name to many but best wishes to Ben Gregory. Ben is a Welsh decathlete who has been very seriously injured in a road accident this weekend. I have been through a very similar experience in my life and am lucky enough to still be here to talk about it. Let's hope it works out the same way this time.

Best wishes to him and his family and friends. Having done a fair bit of cycle racing in my time, I don't know if I would choose it as a sport if I was a youngster nowadays, it is just so dangerous out on the roads.
