Millions of people will be watching. Lots of people have an interest in athletics and sport. There will be more interest when a big event is held in this country.

Is it me or is the sound from the stadium a bit off? Sounds like they have mics on the speakers and it is echoey.

Denise Lewis microphone is muffled. The rest sounds fine.

Isn’t it odd with these big productions and huge dance troupes they have to explain what is going on with a naff commentary. Surely if it was done correctly they wouldn’t need to explain. I like the bull so far….fingers crossed it improves……too late to parachute the Queen in?

I agree that the inane commentary shouldn’t be needed and the woke BBC have succeeding in making it even worse.
