Crowd camps out all night to get a seat.
Game starts...
1] Person whacks ball to vicinity of other person at high speed
2] Other person misses (mostly)
3] Crowd goes fking wild
4] Crowd goes immediately silent on command
5] Repeat

It's hyped isn't it...it is though?

Vs Silverstone this weekend watching a certain part of the circuit where something may/may not (probably won’t) happen and waiting 2mins to see them again - whilst trying to watch a big screen in the distance.

Wimbledon is great - lovely atmosphere - walk around the outer courts, grab some strawberries, people watch - and when you do watch a match it’s all just infront off you.

I've never been but I do watch live matches thanks to Amazon Prime.

As someone who plays 6 to 9 hours of tennis a week (even when the weather is crap), I can appreciate how difficult it can be to compete and do enjoy watching skillful tennis. I guess it's a bit like football but you get far more goals and own goals (unforced errors)! And when you see those genius shots, it's a sight to behold, especially if it's a brit.
