Creatine alternatives?
Discussion
Hi, every time I’ve used creatine have noticed more energy for workouts and a fair increase in size, although I know/think this is temporary water retention.
However after a week or two, I get a bad dry cough and this has lead to chest infections twice. My saliva goes more bubbly than usual - Odd! From googling some people do appear to get lung issues from creatine.
Anyhow, does anyone know of - and possibly have experience of - creatine alternatives I could try?
Thanks

You make it normally and a healthy diet will be fine with out buying it as an additional supplement.
Our rowing club was part of an academic study on creatine back in the early 90s.
The findings were that it was really only of use in two situations.
1) You have unnaturally low levels.
2) Are following an elite athlete programme...basically 6 days a week and competing. Even then it was marginal gains.
For normal sports folk, it's not worth the money.
Save your money OP. Spend it getting a proper customised programme developed.

Citrulline malate (pump), AAKG (pump), meldronate (energy/endurance), cardarine (endurance) ALCAR (power). Thanks
And yes, var, dbol, tbol, winnie etc etc. Bit more expensive though.
