Absolutely sodding hopeless - spent hours and hours on day 1 of ticket sales in the queue to get through to buy some tickets for the RWC in France.

When I did eventually get though to the page where you could see some tickets, you couldn't actually put them in your basket and check out. Tried and tried to no avail. no more tickets, come back on Thursday.

That's now - I've been waiting (im)patiently in the queue since it started - watched it count up to 100% only to briefly show me the tickets page (a glimpse of the forbidden land) and then dump me back in the queue at 1%.

grrrr.

Exactly same happened to me & when I did get in all the follow my team tickets gone, the 3 game city packs only allowed you to choose 1 game, so it would not let you continue.
It’s so obvious that they are going to automated software touts.

My twitter feed has been full of people kicking off about this today, it's a disgrace and once again the genuine fan misses out whilst the touts are free to rip off the dafter side of Joe Public who will pay through the nose for the tickets instead.

I’m pretty annoyed - must have spent 8 hours in the queue across two days getting kicked out repeatedly and when I finally did get in there were no tickets left.

I forgot about it yesterday but sounds like i would have had no chance anyway. Best option is going to be to buy a package through a tour operator or hopefully the local rugby club has been able to secure tickets.

Try a different browser next time.

I wasted monday morning on Firefox, switched to Brave at lunchtime, got straight in once the queuing time had elapsed and got the tickets sorted easily. Went back in a couple of times over the last few days, again no problem.

No problem with getting onto a ticketing website using Firefox but was suitably gobsmacked by the prices. 145 squid for the cheapest seats and 275 squid for the best seats. I shall be watching on telly. Or have I missed something?
