OAK CREEK — One 17-year-old from Wisconsin just set the world record for the number of "Murphs" completed in 24 hours.

For others who didn't know what a Murph was:

According to Sports Center, one Murph is a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another mile run. All while wearing a 20-pound vest.

At 17 he'll still be growing. Is there a chance a feat like this will knacker him in later life?

So could doing nothing and eating pies. I know what one I'd prefer to risk.
