What are the complaints about ? I'd imagine all online retailers are taking a while to deliver stuff to you as all the parcel companies are over capacity at present .

Used them and never had issues, not sure on the postage costs but I spent about £60 last time and still had to pay £5 for 7 day UK delivery which was annoying.

Never had a problem and ordered plenty of shoes from them.
We have only ever needed to make one return. My partner bought a running pack as a gift for me for Christmas which he mis-sized (ordered a Medium, I am an XS in everything ever!). I gave it a trial run, literally, and it was without a doubt far too big. We packed it back up and sent it back. There weren't any Smalls or Extra Smalls available, so it was a full return. The only issue was the lack of communication with no confirmation that they had received or accepted the return - but the money was back in my partner's account straight away with no queries.

They are great! Had some Asics trail shoes and after 2 weeks started making funny noises (hole in sole). Contacted these guys and told them. They didnt have the same in same size so sent a newer (this years) model which was 30 quid more for no extra charge.

Ordered loads of trainers from them no issues, only one time I had an issue was when I ordered some running shorts and a jacket with some trainers and the shorts never turned up, they issued a refund on the delivery note so I assume they had sold out despite the website showing otherwise, I found it frustrating as I was I never got any explanation or notice just a line stating refund issued

Ordered from them for years now, never had a bad experience, mostly items are well described eg pockets, vents, materials, all good quality,
Never used the returns service

Have half a wardrobe of their clothing

Nothing to add, except I read the web address as “Sports-hoes”, for times when you need a more atheletic lady-of-the-night.
