Obviously a difficult to make any real plans at the monment, but I'm toying with the idea of doing some of the pathways up in the Dolomites. Has anyone tackled these? Any info on which paths are more challenging?
There's a good amount of info on YT but would like to hear experiences if anyone wants to put some forward. Also, any advice for a more-or-less unfit person? Would stretching exercises be better idea than going out running, for instance?
