Running will get you good at running... and improve cardiovascular endurance. It won't make you a good judoka on its own. You need to maintain core strength and work all of the small muscles as well as the big ones Interms of running how much of a contribution does it give?

I'd suggest doing some running: Sprints and
easy.
Calisthenics: pressups, pullups, Inverted rows, bridges, squats, lunges, getups, jumps etc. Add some weight with a goblet hold or rucksack/vest.
One arm/unbalanced/anti rotational strength exercises: dumbell/kettlebell swings, snatches etc.
Mace swings, jousts, grave diggers etc.
sandbags - pickups, carries, squats, throws etc.
Heavy bag punching.
Loaded carries. Walk around with any heavy object in different holds.
Stretch.
Roll.
Balance.
Ps. Lots of rope skipping.
