Both me and the mrs are having issues with our strava recording our run splits as mph rather than min miles .

Any idea how i can change this ?

We're both using pixel 1's , not using auto pause so just start at the start and stop when i get back to the car .

Double checked and not recording the run as a bike ride .

I think you should be able to do that via settings > display preferences and select "kilometres & kilograms".

Haha, I guess you may be right there biggrin may help if I read your question fully before answering!

Not familiar with Pixel 1's, but with my 920XT, my data is uploaded via Garmin's Connect app to Connect online, which then just passes the data on to Strava. I can only make sense of min/km splits, but can change that either on my watch/Connect or Strava

It may be settings within an intermediary app or platform which is passing the data on in that mph form which is causing Strava to display it that way - not knowing how you upload runs, it's difficult to be of any more help thumbup

I just upload it straight from the phone Strava app.

It's only recently started doing this .

Thought maybe it was a pixel issue so deleted the app from a old Galaxy phone reinstalled Strava but still have the same issue.

Check it’s shown as a run, not a cycle ride.
