Scuba / Egypt / Recommended schools Red Sea sought

Hi

I'm looking to do an Advanced Open Water PADI in the Red Sea

Would anyone have any recommended dive schools in the area?

I am looking to be close to Port Ghalib / Marsa Alam area as want to get to a particular reef as part of my practice dives (Elphinstone)

Any local intel appreciated

We had the most fabulous break there. 10km rib to elphinstone!

There’s plenty of different accommodation options depending on budget and preference!

Getting some push back on Elphinstone as not already at advanced level with enough dives - had hoped could aspire to by end of the week

I'd used Emperor Divers.

Very good, can do liveaboards or boat trips.

Yeah they require a certain number of logged dives. It can be bloody dangerous out there! It is amazing though....

Would still recommend Red Sea dive safari for a shore based break.
