Can anyone recommend Pearl Izumi Runners

Evening All,

Ive just been offered a 'new' pair of Pearl Izumi runners. I understand they stopped making runners in 2016 and so these runners were warehoused ex stock.

Question is, can anyone recommend them as a brand, I only really know them for their cycling gear??

Could say its a good move to focus on one thing, cynical side of me thinks if you can't make money out of running shoes in this day and age they must have been crap.

I bought a pair of their winter cycling socks, and they are the warmest and comfiest socks I have had. I wear them for running as well!
