Golf directory/mail list

Can anyone advise if there is a mailing list available for all golf course addresses in the UK please? I'd like to avoid manually compiling a list of the 2,500 locations if I can avoid it - anyone aware if there's a printed national golf club directory that's also available digitally or similar?
