Ski school leg up

As this is proven to be the source of all knowledge and assistance Im seeking your help to give a leg up to a young man who has recently qualified as a Level 2 snowboard instructor (CASI).
He's looking for his first employemnt this forthcoming season.
19 years old, polite and reliable (yes he's my son!).
Any direct assistance from ski school owners / managers or referrals to frien would be wonderful.
Its amazing how the networking here stretches beyond our love of cars!
