Yup. It's under the 'fixtures' tab

Winner A v Runner up B
Winner C v Runner up D etc.

Loser of Ireland v Scotland probably ends up playing NZ.

England's group is a toughie mind.

England's group is tough, but they should beat all of those teams. They look to be heading for a semi-final against New Zealand, which seems odd. I'd have thought the seeding should anticipate the top two teams meeting in the final.
