Any amateur swimmers in here.
Have been swimming in the local pool, (25m), for just over a year now.
I've built up a pretty good level for front crawl and breast stroke. The thing is my development has some what plateaued of late.
Does anyone have any tips for designing a training program to push on and improve??
Are there any good online resources out there?
I typically swim between 40-60 lengths 5 days/ week and then take the weekends off.
