Still, PH NP&E is more inclined to be "not bothered"!

Very misleading thread title. I did think something really bad had happened.

Yeah I did but I think the ISIS chaps are way too scared to mix it in Brazil, that or its a bit difficult to get to ? seen some stuff about life in Brazillian Cities and its fking brutal.
