Bruce and Walker Hexagraph carp rods - sales market?

I have a pair of 12'6" Hexagraph carp rods that have just been fully rebuilt by Bruce and Walker (receipt available)
they were originally in the 'cane' finish but have been stripped back and relaquered in black - fitted with Minima rings (40mm butt) - Fuji hooded reel seat and abbreviated Japanese shrink wrap grips
in standard build these rods are to order and retail at £999 each!
I'm looking to sell them as they are surplus to my needs
these are not the sort of rods that appeal to UK anglers but I gather they are in demand especially in Europe
so I would appreciate any advice from anglers in Europe/world of suitable markets/advertising
because of the value I would not consider EBAY

and before you ask - I asked the same question on several UK fishing forums and the topic as usual descended into chaos as people criticised the rods (never having used them) and kept telling me how good their rods are?
