Rugby: European Cup matches in France
Discussion
I've been tasked with organising a boys rugby weekend, and having done all the six nations grounds, fancied going to a Cup game. I'd like to have a chance of some decent weather so was thinking somewhere is southern France for either a quarter or semi final game. Don't mind whether it is Challenge or Champions Cup. Has anyone been to any of the venues (Toulouse/Toulon etc) and can recommend?
I played at Bordeaux Begles many years ago. It's a wonderful place to visit, with some great chateaux houses and restaurant.
A good pal of mine played at Clermont for 2 seasons and said it was superb.
I think you'll have a great time, wherever you go. The French love their rugby and in my experience, are tremendous hosts.

Thank you. A choice of Racing Metro, Toulon or Clermont. Looking forward to it...A good pal of mine played at Clermont for 2 seasons and said it was superb.
