I didn't know you could fly to C2, but it doesn't say anything else about her acclimatisation. Given that she apparently summited, I expect she was already well acclimatised. To answer the question, for me she made the summit but not the climb.

I'd call it cheating, but where do you draw the line? Is getting a helicopter in to base camp cheating?

Hillary & Co didn't have the luxury of flying to Lukla and walked in further, may have been all the way from Kathmandu.

It's difficult to draw a line how far up it legit to be flown in, but from the Nepal side to get to base camp is just a walk so flying that far doesn't miss any of the difficult stuff - flying to above the icefall is definitely cheating as it misses out a difficult bit.
