Can anyone remind me the name of this footballer?

I think he played for Nottingham Forest in the 1970s and 1980s and I also believe he's dead of either a heart attack or as a result of alcohol abuse.

The only other thing I can remember that he famously used a move called the elephant in night clubs, involving turning his pockets inside out and sticking his penis through his fly.

I hope that's not too vague a description!

No, it wasn't unfortunately. I know this makes it even more stupid, but I'm not even 100% sure it was Nottingham Forest, although I'm pretty sure it was a team which at least played in red.....
