Brazil twice as many goals as England?
Discussion
So I've bought a new tele and qualify for http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/cash-for-goals-808-co...
£10 for each England goal
£5 for each Brazil goal
Historically:
2010 england 3 brazil 9 = Brazil £15 more
2006 england 6 brazil 10 = England £10 more
2002 england 6 brazil 18 = Brazil £30 more
1998 england 7 brazil 14 = all square
The cash payout shall be calculated on the basis of £10 for each goal scored by the senior men’s England football team or £5 for each goal scored by the senior men's Brazil football team during open play (as defined below) during the FIFA World Cup 2014 competitive matches in Brazil between 12th June 2014 and 13th July 2014.
Open play is defined as the first 90 minutes plus injury time and extra time. Regular penalties and own goals from an opposing team will count but, for the avoidance of doubt, goals scored in a penalty shootout will not count.
So, 2014, Brazil or England?

Brazil have a fairly easy group with Croatia, Mexico and Cameroon, they should score six in the group stage alone.
England have Italy, Uruguay and Costa Rica, each of those will be a tough game and I think England will be lucky to score more than a goal a game. Italy will be very defensive, as will Uruguay and come the final game, they may well be knackered, injured etc....
However, if England get out of the group, England will play one of Colombia, Greece, Ivory Coast or Japan in the second round but again I cant see England scoring more than one or two in that game... then its Brazil, Croatia or Mexico and its over...

You only play 7 if you win it.I don't think Brazil will win it. Argentina for me, Belgium as a dark horse.
Re the telly deal, I'd go England. Our last group match is against Costa Rica who are shocking. They will have lost 2 by then and be out anyway. And we might need a big result to get out of the group. We could easily win that 6-0 or so.
