What's in a 5-a-side kit?
Discussion
Bit random but I'm off on a stag do later (with lads I don't really know) and have been told to bring my 5-a-side kit. Sounds like a daft question but I've not played football properly in about 10 years.
All these lads are proper, play every weekend types who obviously have many different kits including a 5-a-side kit
Not wanting to look like a complete gimp (see car-enthusiast), will I get away with running trainers, shorts and a tshirt?
Or will I have to go out to sports direct later?
Help me internet strangers,
Cheers

Yep - running trainers, shorts and a t-shirt should do.
I'd suggest sports type shorts and tshirt rather than casual if you have them.
Maybe long (preferably football) socks would help blend in if you have them at hand.
I wouldn't buy new shoes for the sake of 1 game.
Its probably only an hour. Try and spend time in goal if you don't fancy playing.
Even if you only have tracksuit pants or long sleeve top - may give more reason to go in goal.
