Anyone used a Powerbreathe plus?

Just been reading up on the Powerhealth Products and wondered if anyone had used these and if they actually work?

I used one a few years back as a volunteer in a sports science study.

I went climbing in the Alps shortly after the study finished and I found everything much easier. The acclimatisation was faster and all my climbing buddies commented about me seeming fitter than usual.

I never did see the study results though, so I can't show you scientific proof that they work but I certainly felt like it did.
