Hello oh knowledgeable ones!
I'm training harder these days trying to get my climbing grade in F6c, this means I'm doing rather a lot of climbing and finger/arms/core work outs.
My flexibility has never been good, in fact when I did BJJ my coach a black belt said I was the most un-supple person he's ever rolled with! It's mostly around my hips/lower back that I can't workout any good stretches for so any tips or good ones? I also have a foam roller I use to try to release tension but again any extra stretches using it would be ace.

F6c is pretty good. When you climb, do you make sure that your muscles are warm and the blood is pumping? The trick with stretching is that you need to do it regularly, as often as you can. E.g. in the shower, waiting for a train, waiting for the kettle to boil.
