I know we have had a SL thread and bit about the World Cup I'll start this as new season is coming up.
Following the WC London were very nearly gone , but now they are playing at Barnet for better or worse. It seems they will be forever nomads.
Following an RFL meeting this week P+R is back for 2015. Still short on details but it seems the format will be 2x12 for the first part of the season then it goes to 3x8. 2 SL clubs will be relegated this season , London will be one of the favourites to go down until recently they hadn't a team. You can lump Cas , Wakey and widnes into the mix it will certainly give a different edge to this season.

So is there any change in the distribution of TV money? Otherwise the 4 "league 1" teams in the "middle 8" will just roll over the other 4 teams.
It does at least give teams like Featherstone & Sheffield Eagles a chance to better themselves, which they've been denied under the SL franchise system.

I think so yes , as yet the details haven't been worked out but I expect the tv money to be shared out. At the minute SL get 1.1m Championship clubs get 90k.

It's seems promotion and relegation is now back. 2 to be relegated from SL and probably 5 from the championship. Still details to be worked out , salary cap , parachute payments , how exactly Sky money is divided up and what Championship 1 will look like. That meeting is 6 of February.
