White Water Rafting Tips

Hi all,

A group of us are going white water rafting at the Lee Valley Centre the weekend. I've never been before. Any tips?

I was going to bring a towel, change of clothes etc as they provide the training and gear, but can't think of anything else.

Had a great laugh. We could have done better as a group. We done five runs. I'm sure that with practice we could really tackle it. Eight of us went and none fell in. Quite chuffed with that.
