Struggling to find a good golf travel bag

Im going to Portugal in 3 weeks and need a travel bag to take my clubs in.

Do i go with something which goes over my current light weight bag like this:


A hard case:


OR a soft carry bag with wheels

Soft bag with carry wheels for me. Easy to move around. Nipped over to Spain with the bag and managed to stuff loads of other gear in there too. Worked for me.

I used to have one like your 1st option when I was based in India (was quite a few years back though). Golf bag over the shoulder, suitcase in one hand and flight bag in the other. When we moved to Dubai I stuffed the golf bag with other essential items (including my sons junior set) which resulted in the golf bag + cover weighing 20kg. Well on Emirates golf bags didn't count as part of your luggage allowance........
