My first season back playing cricket after a 4 year break and I've struggled to really settle into the rhythm of bowling again. I've committed to plenty of practice which is going well but wondered if anyone else had used one of these as an extra 'settler' either in golf or cricket.

Friend of mine wears one to play golf and swears by it, but is it a £25 mind trick or is there more to it with its positive/negative ions at work?

...complete and utter fashion victim gimmick, seriously....

why not get the flex loop bracelet I saw today, a snip, £34.99, it's got to way way better at that magnet & negative ions .... it costs more....

the whole stupid bracelet malarky in nothing other than placebo, if you think it helps your game, whatever that game is, you need to improve your game....

spend the cash on coaching or more wholesome, or reckless pursuits, not that sht1te........
