What sports do you regularly do snd to what level?

For myself;

Trail running; fairly good (a few top 5 finished), twice a week
Cycling; competent, done okay in triathlon cycling but mostly MTB. Cycling much less now we have moved by the beach but still like it.
Triathlons; done three, won a small one, 19th/200 in the 2nd, 46th/230 in the 3rd (quite badly injured exiting the swim stsge)
Surfing; probably expert, done a few comps, judged comps, in any time there is surf.
Kickboxing; got to a decent National level a whike back;can't find a good local club, miss it!
Skiing; not much style but okayish
Waterskiing; can do passable slalom mono turns but never competed.
Sailing; total pants
Almost any ball sport; pathetic.

It makes finding the time to fit them all in tricky. Currently having cycle guilt as I have a very good MTB but its only getting used once a week on average!!

Boccia. I play in one very amateur/social club and one serious high-level competitive club - former national champions for club league, got several members of the Great British, English and Welsh squads playing there.

I can beat the Welsh guy sometimes now - I've not been playing long but I'm learning fast. I've played in two regional singles championships, failed to progress through to the Nationals both times but had one near-miss loss against a Team GB player in the process.

Am captaining a team for a regional teams tournament on Saturday, if that goes well then I'll be likely to represent the NW next year. Not much but it's a start.

Cricket - village seconds essentially.
Rugby - local 4ths team.

Dragon-boating - team promoted to British Premiership last year, though I haven't raced this year. Raced in 3 National Championships. (This can be achieved by basically showing up and sounds much more impressive than it is)

Running - Utter crap. Injured myself and haven't done it for a while. 27:40 5K was a PB for me loser
Cycling - Used to compete regionally in MTB. These days, total ste. Lost my power and my bottle. Moving over to Road but have less bottle there as I don't trust those skinny tyres.
Triathlon - Just started training, aiming for a sprint in September. Complete crap at swimming, look like I am drowning (which generally I am).

Always been useless at sports. Doesn't stop me trying though smile
