I need to get myself a wrist support for when I'm at the gym, now I'm not looking at spending tonnes of money on one but will spend what is necessary. I wanted to know if anyone has one on here that they can recommend (spelling?) to me?

It's my right wrist, got clicking joints and have arthritis, fine usally but lifted a bar bell using one hand a few weeks back and it pulled something and since then I can't lift any weights without having a sharp pain from my wrist to the middle of my palm

Advice please?

HAHAHA I was expecting that don't know why I missed it in my original post, it's a real sporting injury, left hand can still be used for other activites if really required lol
