entry date for ballot for 2014 London Marathon - any ideas?

Should be easy to find out I know but, for reasons best known to themselves, Virgin seem to keep this date top secret and I missed even getting in the ballot last year (through a stroke of luck, I then got a place through my running club as they get 2 places each year).

It always used to be that entries opened on the Monday monring after the race... not sure if its changed. I've long since given up trying to get a place!
